Choose the placement angle of the PT100 temperature sensor according to the environment. If it is a normal situation, we'd better choose a vertical placement, which can effectively prevent the deformation of the temperature sensor under high temperature. If it is placed in a place with water flow, the sensor should be placed obliquely, generally between 30 degrees and 45 degrees. 5. If the lead wire is too long, it may introduce interference and the measured value jumps. If this is the case with the digital display, it is recommended to use a shielded cable and filter it in the PLC.
